Certain options may extend the lead time, and if so, the Seller will communicate this at the time of purchase. Detailed shipping instructions will be provided to the Seller once an order is confirmed.

The Seller will make reasonable efforts to meet any agreed delivery date. Delivery commitments are made in good faith and will be honored to the best of our ability. Occasionally, delivery dates may be adjusted due to production schedules, resulting in goods arriving a few weeks later than expected. We will keep you informed of progress at every step. However, the Seller shall not be held liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party due to failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

Delivery of the Goods will be made to the address specified by the Buyer with the order, and the Buyer is responsible for ensuring arrangements are in place to receive the Goods upon delivery attempts. The risk associated with the Goods passes to the Buyer upon delivery, or if delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to the Buyer's absence at the agreed time. Ownership of the Goods remains with the Seller until full payment of the price has been received.

Returns

Given the customized nature of our products, once a client places an order—whether verbally, in writing, or through payment—they are considered bound by that order. If the Buyer wishes to cancel an order, a cancellation fee may apply.

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel the Contract and receive a refund by notifying the Seller via email at gamecade.co.uk within 7 working days of receiving the Goods.

The Goods must be returned to the Seller within 14 days of cancellation, in their original packaging and adequately insured during the return shipment. The Buyer will receive a refund for all payments made for the Goods (excluding delivery charges). If the Buyer fails to return the Goods after cancellation, the Seller may deduct the cost of recovering the Goods from the Buyer.

If returned Goods are damaged due to the Buyer's negligence, the Buyer will be responsible for the cost of repairing such damage. Refunds will not be granted solely due to delayed delivery, as each item is individually manufactured for the Buyer. Any potential refund will be at the discretion of the Seller.
